Items ordered online before 10 AM EST are packed and shipped the same day Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Items ordered online after 10 AM, on weekends, or holidays are packed and shipped the following business day. We use UPS to ship nationwide, commercial shipping rates apply.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us. Treats or chew items cannot be returned. Please call us should you have a concern with any products received in your shipment or other issues with your order.
